Are you a natural leader with a strong focus on processes and quality? For one of our clients, we are looking for an Operations Manager who can take daily operations to the next level.
In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that the entire operation runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a strong focus on quality.
You understand the operational process inside and out and know how to motivate and develop a team. You act as the link between the production floor and commercial departments, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring they are successfully implemented.
Your responsibilities
- Managing operations: coordinating the entire production floor
- Leadership: managing multiple departments within the production process
- Process improvement: identifying and implementing improvements
- Quality control: ensuring high standards within the production process
- Collaboration: aligning operations with commercial teams
- Performance management: participating in operational meetings and steering on KPIs
- Change management: implementing and maintaining improvements

- Proactive, independent, and positive attitude
- HBO (Bachelor’s) level of thinking and working
- Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible
- Good command of the English language
- Strong computer skills
