Do you have experience in logistics and can you lead a team? We are looking for a team leader for a large warehouse.
As a team leader, you play a key role in managing and guiding your team. You ensure that all logistics processes run smoothly and that goals for efficiency, quality, and safety are met. Do you enjoy working with people, have strong organizational skills, and know how to motivate a team? Then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities
- Leading a team of logistics employees (such as sorters, warehouse workers, and drivers)
- Planning and coordinating daily tasks
- Monitoring productivity and performance
- Training and coaching employees
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Solving operational problems and improving logistics processes
- Reporting results to management
What do we expect from you?
- You want to work in logistics or have experience in the logistics field
- Speaking English language
- Flexible attitude and good motivation
- A valid forklift certificate is a plus
- Speaking Dutch language is a plus
- Driving license is a plus
- You can ride a bike
