As a Grill Sausage Operator, you play a vital role in the production process of grilled sausage and other meat products. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring machines, ensuring the products meet the highest quality standards. From carefully mixing spices to packaging and labeling products – your work directly contributes to delicious, artisanal meat products. Together with your colleagues, you ensure an efficient and hygienic production process.

Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor machines for the production of grill sausages
- Perform quality checks on taste, texture, weight, and dimensions
- Oversee the production process, including temperature, speed, and time settings
- Ensure hygiene and safety on the work floor
- Package and label grill sausages for shipment
- Identify and resolve technical malfunctions in the machines
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in production or the meat industry is a plus, but not required.
- You are flexible and work accurately.
- Basic knowledge of the English language.
- Knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus.
- You live in (the region of) Zoetermeer or Leidschendam.
- A driver’s license is a plus, but not a must.
- You can ride a bike.
